Mission

Under stress, our minds vacillate between clinging to past negative experiences or anxiously anticipating future negative outcomes, inhibiting our sense of happiness and wellbeing, making us feel isolated and uninspired.

This unique and customized workshop  will create frameworks and tools for chefs and employees in the foodservice industry to manage the mental and behavioral tendencies that feed stress, resulting in greater health, happiness and productivity.

The SKY Meditation Practice
